In the first chapter, Sarah Ida comes to Aunt Claudia's on a train. She doesn't want to come, but they go on a cab to her house. Aunt Claudia says then that she has to call her mom, but Sarah Ida refuses. Then they go up to her room, which Sarah Ida doesn't like very much and then the two talk about why she came. Aunt Claudia then starts to make dinner ready and Sarah Ida goes to unpack because she was about to cry.

It is an absolutely fantastic book and I know the description I wrote for wasn't all that great but the book itself is pure perfection coming from me a teenage girl.
