Cody tells London's dad about the Pickett farm, hoping Mr. Tipton will finance it and help pay for the cost of the damages. Mr. Tipton buys the farm from the bank and tells the Pickett's to move out. He wants to use the land to make a plastic bag factory, polluting the ground and the air in something he thinks of as a "win win". Cody and Bailey lie and tell Mr. Tipton there is a rare disease on the farm. Fearing he will lose millions, he is about to sign the farm back over to the Pickett's, when Zack runs in. Zack claims he caught the dreaded disease and using special effects from a movie he saw, he pulls fake skin covered in fake blood of his arm. Woody comes in and pulls a fake face of his face revealing a painted red face. Woody asks if it's bad and tells him to tell it to his face. Mr. Tipton figures out it's a lie saying they can't fool him, he says he saw "Skin Crawlers 4". London stands up to her dad and says she'll "spill the beans about the secret mining operation on the moon." Mr. Tipton gives the Pickett's back their home and tells London he can't believe she blackmailed him and that he is so proud. Bailey says the family still doesn't have enough money to send her back to the S.S. Tipton, and that she will miss Cody (as they are back together). Grandma Pickett wakes up and gets out of her chair (much to everyone's surprise) and gives Bailey a jar full of money. She says she wants Bailey to go back to the S.S. Tipton with Cody. After the credits, Zack is looking for a gift for Maya, Grandma Pickett calls Zack over. She give Zack a heirloom necklace and tells him to give it to his girlfriend. Grandma Pickett tells him Bailey will love it and Zack thanks her.
