Type one Diabetes is when your islet cells do not produce any or do not produce enough insulin. People with type one diabetes have to take shots daily to maintain their blood sugar. That or they could get an insulin pump that does that for them.
Type 1 diabetes is when your pancreas, the organ that breaks down your sugars and carbohydrates when it stops working totally. I have it, and it can be managed by testing your blood glucose every time you eat, or feel different, like it could be low or high. Usually the range is 8o-15o. But a little over that is fine also. Not to high because you can go into a diabetic coma. Which is not good. And also every time you eat, or need to correct your blood sugar you have to take insulin. Either by injection through syringes, or you can get a pump. It pumps insulin into you whenever you need. To take insulin for the right amount you have to count your carbohydrates And get the amount according to your doctor.
I hope that helped!
Type 1 diabetes is a condition in which a patient's pancreas is no longer functioning, and does not create insulin. The action that must be done is to inject the right amount of insulin into the body before each meal, or when the blood sugar is high (AFTER diagnosis, of course). Type 1 diabetes is NOT contagious.
A type 1 diabetic is a person who's pancreas does not make any insulin and more. A type 2 diabetics pancreas still produces insulin, but not enough.
Diabeties Type1 iis were u have to take inslunt n pills to control your blood sugar.
Type one diabetes is a horrible disease that is like Type 2 dietbetes only worse
Type 1 diabetes is a condition in which your pancreas can not produce insulin. Therefore type 1 diabetics need to take insulin injections to make up for there loss.
Type I diabetes, sometimes called juvenile diabetes, begins most commonly in childhood or adolescence. In this form of diabetes, the body produces little or no insulin.
There is NO type of 'good' diabetes, but the one your looking for is probably type 1 diabetes. People are usually born with that type. Type 2 diabetes is the one people get if they're overweight, don't exercise, and they eat junk all the time.
Type one diabetes only 10% of the diabetic population.

Patients with type one diabetes have most likely had diabetes for the majority of their life and are diagnosed with a young age. Type one diabetic manage their diabetes with insulin injections while type two diabetics can simply manage their diabetes with diets.
type 3 diabetes
The children yes do have a chance to get Diabetes but they will not definitely get it. Diabetes can skip generations.
diabetes type 2 is even worse than type one. there are two types of 2 diabetes. one kind of type 2 diabetes is the one where you tend to gain a lot of weight. the other type 2 diabetes is when you lose a lot of weight, and the one where you lose weight is even more dangerous than the one where you gain it. you risk yourself on becoming blind with type 2. also you can lose your voice, get an arm or leg amputated. they both affect your liver and lungs. you can get infections, like urine infections.
Yes, there is type 1 diabetes. And there is type 2 diabetes. One is hereditary and the other you get from eating food high in sodium or lack of excercise.
If mother had gestational diabetes when she was pregnant, then chances of having diabetes for a child is low. But gestational mother have more chances to have diabetes type 2. If this happens then the child diabetes risk is increased. If father have type 1 diabetes, then the child has some very low risk of having type 1 diabetes (autoimmune disorder). If father had type 2 diabetes then diabetes risk for the child is higher as compared to the mother with type 2 diabetes.
Well, diabetes happens when your pancreas stops working. When you have Type 1 Diabetes (like me), your pancreas makes no insulin at all. Most people take shots or use an insulin pump. Type 1 Diabetes can not go away. This type usually happens in children. Type 2 Diabetes usually happens in adults. Sometimes Type 2 Diabetes can go away. Most people who have Type 2 can lose weight to end their Diabetes. Most people with this usually take pills instead of shots. :) Hope this helps... :P
