first they get a warning and a fine. then if they get caught again they ONLY get a few months in jail. i think that they need to get a very big fine and a lot of jail time. dont you?!
No animal should be abused
Yes, it is possible for an animal to go crazy if abused.
About 10 million animals were found abused last year.Animals shouldn't be abused. You can help the animals by adopting and donating food, money, toys, etc. If you do adopt and animal, please treat them with care.Around 15,000,007 animals were neglected and/or abused last year(The original author says it was 2008).It happens alot, in fact it happens too much, it's really quite sad, the last I have herd of is when somebody cut the ears off of a puppy to use for a bait dog now that made me cry that was totaly unnessasary, VERY sad='(
It happens everyday. Every 10 seconds an animal is abused.
About 2 million animal's are abused per year. www.animal/abuse.org
it is a animal hospital for abused or hurt animals.
We don't know the exact number, but there are millions abused.
The most abused wild animal must be the elephant. This is often poached by those who are engaged in ivory trade.
After an animal has been abused the animal may be kept in the same living conditions and continue to get abused, the animal may also be abandoned, or it may be rescued by a humane socity like the A.S.P.C.A. Many animals may even be killed by the person that abused them. Hopefully the animal will be rescued by a humane socity and be adopted out into a new and nicer family.

well after animals have been abused they usually either act aggressive or scared and being aggressive is bad because many adopters have kids and may not want something aggressive in their family with their kids -jackie
If someone's dog was abused I think they would tell the humane society or animal control and find out who abused them.
