Nothing happens to atheists that is different from any other group. They are born, live a life filled with successes and failures, then they die. They may leave descendants. The theists will then ask what happens after they die and the answer is the same. They (and theists) decompose and rejoin the carbon, nitrogen and water cycles. Their existence is gradually forgotten. This is discussed at length in Marcus Aurelius's "Chronicles".
There is no proof of any afterlife for them to miss out on.
An atheist typically believes that when someone dies, their consciousness ceases to exist and there is no afterlife or continuation of the individual's existence in any form.
There are many people with the surname "Johnson" that are Atheist. There are many who are not. So, TRUE and FALSE.
Completely unknown, Which is consistant with the atheist position of a non belief in god claims. As such, there is also a non belief in heaven and hell, or reincarnation or afterlife. Although some people say they've come back from the dead, there are absolutly no verifiable proofs that this is factual and not a vivid delussion.

According to the encyclopedia britanicca around 15% of the world population (or around 1 billion people) describe themselves as non-religious or atheist.
The position of an atheist is a rejection of all god claims. As such, (I will assume you mean the Christian belief of an afterlife for this question) an Atheist does not believe in afterlife or heaven and hell claims. It is unknown what happens after you die. One might just simply cease to exsist. This may seem uncomfortable, but that doesn't mean, for an Atheist, they're willing to act on unsubstantiated "faith" claims.
