How does Brokenstar die?
Brokentail murdered his father Raggedstar to become leader. He blames it on Yellowfang and sends her into exile. She then becomes medicine cat of Thunderclan. After Brokenstar gets driven out of his clan, he goes and attacks Thunderclan. Brokenstar goes after Yellowfang but Yellowfang cut his eyes, making him blind. Then, as a prisoner, Tigerclaws rouges attack Thunderclan with Brokentail attacking too. Then, after the battle, Yellowfang kills Brokentail, feeding him deathberries because he was to dangerous to have around anymore.
Did Yellowfang get punished for giving birth to kits?
ShadowClan never found out, so she wasn't punished by them. However, the fact that she gave birth to Brokenstar/Brokentail was punishment enough.
Does brook die from warriors?
He dies when frieheart is trying to make it to yellowfang. Yellowfang is the medicine cat. But medicine cats cannot have kits. So she gave up brokentail. Brokentail began to murder other clan cats, so yellowfang fed him death berries.
