No.Email clients do not have any impact on other websites. If you delete your email address, it will not delete any other accounts you have elsewhere. However on some of those websites, you may have difficulty signing in.If you intend to delete your email, then I suggest changing the emails listed on your accounts elsewhere to a new one, before you do so.
If you get an email that used your address, it is a form of phishing. They cloak your address; they didn't really make another email account. Ignore; delete; never answer those.

actually you can't delete pictures or wallpaper in desktop in display property, but if you want to delete those default picture, you can manually delete it, just go to C:\WINDOWS\Web\Wallpaper, there you can delete those default wallpaper or add wallpaper.
