You measure the ambient temperature before the experiment in case the experiment is sensitive to ambient temperature. You want to record all of the environmental factors that might affect the experiment before starting it. You measure the ambient temperature after the experiment for the same reason, and also in case the experiment affected the ambient temperature. Depending on the experiment, environmental factors may need to be considered when analyzing the results.
Ambient air and surface temperature do not usually equal each other. The air temperature will usually be higher than the surface temperature because the surface must absorb the temperature around it which happens steadily instead of right away.
Yes. Anything remotely electronic is affected by temperature and humidity.
When the temperature of the air passing over the condenser is very low. Ex: Home A/c with out condenser, More heat can be removed if the out door ambient is 60f compared to 90f. Efficiency also increases with this.
In an ambient temperature. In a secure case which will protect the device from accidental damage
As the surrounding/ambient temperature increases, the temp of air entering the air compressor increases which means that the it's specific volume of air increases. Since the work of compressor = delta pressure x specific volume of air, then as the specific volume of air increases the work input of compressor increases and this is a problem because the total out put power of the turbine = work of the turbine - work of the compressor, so as the work of compressor increases, the total out put work of the gas turbine decreases. And that's why the efficiency of gas turbine is better in winter than in summer.
Depends on ambient temperature - need a chart
Dpends on ambient temperature, but low will be 20-40 high 200-300Dpends on ambient temperature, but low will be 20-40 high 200-300
There is two types. One is for R-22 and the other is for R-134A or R-410A. You must perform superheat and subcool, measure ambient temperature and wet bulb.
Intercoolers lower the temperature of air going from one stage of a compressor to another, it increases the efficiency as the air becomes more dense. As the recieving stage is compressing cooler air as result, there is less heat produced in the succeding stage. If the intercooler has a large surface area, the temperature can approach ambient temperatures, and moisture my drop out, requiring a method for it's removal; if not a slug of water could damage the recieving stage. Efficiency increases can be had >15%
The output of a combustion turbine decreases as the ambient temperature increases due to the fact that the mass flow rate of air decreases as the air becomes less dense at higher ambient temperatures
No, it is not needed because the intake charge is at ambient temperature already( hasn't been compressed by a compressor).
Used to Charge air conditioner - as ambient temperature increases gas pressure also increases. So when charging a/c systems, chart is referenced to make sure that proper amount of refrigerant is used
What is the ambient temperature of the water?
Ambient temperature.
It is the ambient temperature.
Ambient temperature simply means "the temperature of the surroundings" and will be the same as room temperature indoors..........Harshal P. Pawar
