It will be excreted from the body during menstruation.
you get pregnant. <<<< A boy certainly wrote that answer. Here's a well educated, mature, womens answer:
After the sperm is produced after sexual intercourse millions and millions of sperm enters the uterus and travels up from the uterus in the fallopian tubes. That is where lots of sperm meets the egg but only one survives and gets into the egg and fertilizes the egg and the women is now pregnant ^^^ with a baby which 9 months before it was born, the egg.
Hope this answer hoped!

The zygote, being called so after the sperm and ovum have united as one, moves down the fallopian tube deeper into the uterine horn (or the uterine body for women), and the zygote divides and grows into a blastocyst. The blastocyst bursts, sending the embryo into the ovum, and it attaches itself to the uterine wall. More cell division occurs, starting to differentiate into different structures including the placenta which anchors the embryo, now fetus, to the uterine wall. Cell division continues, forming all the different body structures of the fetus, both external and internal, and blood is exchanged from the fetus to the mother. The fetus continues to grow throughout the gestation period until there is no more room in the uterus anymore. Hormones from the fetus start the labour process, and labour begins to expell the fetus (now a baby).
The cells begin to divide and carry on doing so

A fertilized egg implants into the Uterus.
It's usually fertilized in the Fallopian tube, travels down into the uterus where it attaches to the wall there
After the release of an egg, the uterus will form a thick lining of blood within its wall in preparation for the implantation of a fertilized egg in the wall of the uterus. If the egg will not be fertilized, the thick lining of blood with exit the body in the process of menstruation.
It leaves the body in the process of menstruation.
An egg gets fertilized in the fallopian tube by a sperm, then it goes inside of the uterus, and inside the uterus it develops.
egg implants in the uterus
It is the uterus, in which fetus develops..
If the egg is not fertilized it disintegrates (breaks down) and menstruation (your period) begins 11-16 days later. The mature egg is fertilized when it is joined with a sperm cell.
Eggs are usually fertilized in the uterus.
The Uterus
A female's fertilized egg spends the majority of time in the uterus. This is where the egg will mature and grow.
