The things that happens to the energy level of solid as it become liquid water is that the liquid has more energy than solid do.
Simple as that!

The energy levin increases and the atoms become more unstable
When an electron moves up an energy level, it absorbs energy in the form of a photon. This causes the electron to jump to a higher energy level and become excited. The electron will eventually return to a lower energy level by emitting a photon of light.
When something evaporates, the energy level increases. The particles gain enough energy and begin to spread apart, and into the air. With the increased energy level, it gives the liquid, or even the solid (sublimation), enough energy to vaporize (or evaporate) into thin air.
As water evaporates, water molecules at the surface gain enough energy to break free from the liquid phase and enter the gas phase. These molecules become water vapor and move away from the liquid surface, resulting in the overall decrease in the liquid water level.
Calcium has electrons in the 4th energy level. The only liquid that has valence electrons in energy level 4 would be BROMINE.
it converts into a bigger energy level
the amount of motion of each molecule increases. i.e the amount of disorder increases. since the motion is increasing as an object gets converted from solid to liquid to gas, the energy level increases.
something
The energy level decreases.
liquid
The electron gains energy.
If you have a large container and the opening has a large cross section and the container is kept still, the liquid inside will become flat. It will be level. The liquid will remain level. If some liquid is added or removed the surface will soon become level again. That would not happen with a solid.
