Well if you overheat you start sweating then you cool down, because the body's sweating is like a fan it cools you down. theres no way to overheat unless forced heat is placed upon your skin. <-- This is not true

Actually, If you get too hot too fast, your body can't move quick enough to cool itself and if you continue the action that's causing the excessive heat production you can overheat, have a heat stroke, or even die. When you overheat it affects your whole body, causing difficulty breathing, accelerated heart beat, dizziness, vomiting and extreme dehydration. If you feel these symptoms you must stop whatever it is you are doing that caused this action, and relax, drink a lot of water, and in some cases put your legs up above your head using a chair or other means. Overheating is extremely dangerous and should be treated as so.
