Samos, the green sage teleports into the future of Haven City with Jak, Daxter and Keira. As Haven City is built over Sandover village a few hundred years in the future, the 'precursor legacy' landscape is completely changed with other modern cities. The other sages are not mentioned and probably moved away when Haven City was built over their homes and died of old age (assuming sages live to similar ages as humans do).
