Normal lung tissue floats because of all the aveoli (tiny air pockets).
Lung tissue would typically sink in water because it is denser than water. The air sacs in the lung would collapse and the tissue would be more solid, leading to sinking rather than floating.
The water is vaporized and the tissue is burned.
Nothing noteworthy happens if mentos are put in tap water; they simply dissolve slowly.
Get a glass, put a paper towel in the glass, grab 1 kind of tissue and put it over the glass then put a rubber band over the tissue and the glass, after you do that put 5mL of water on the tissue after that start putting marbles of the tissue, count how many marbles you put on the tissue in till it breaks. Do this to all the tissue brands you want but make sure you write down your results on a piece of paper.
