It cools down the water vapor. It gets converted into water droplets.
The rain cycle, Water vapor rises, cools , condenses into drops, and falls back to earth.
The water vapor then condenses and becomes a liquid again.
The sun evaporates water from lakes and oceans. As the air rises, it cools. The water vapor condenses into tiny droplets of water. The droplets crowd together and form a cloud.
When the water vapour cools down, it turns into liquid Ex: When You Are having a shower and the water is very hot, its steams up the mirrors. As soon as the bathroom cools down, water starts dripping from the mirrors as the vapour gets cooled down.

What happens here is the following: You have water vapor in your breath; when it cools down (as when it gets near the cold mirror), the air can hold less humidity (it becomes saturated), and some of the water condensates.
When a mass of warm saturated air cools down the water vapor in the air is precipitated out causing either rain, snow or maybe fog
Dogs have cold noses because when they breathe they exhale water vapor through their noses. The vapor condenses on their noses and cools them down, similar how sweat cools down a human's body.
