When warm moist air from the gulf or anywhere else meets cooler air over Florida or anywhere else, it rains. Lightning and Thunder frequently accompany such a meeting.

The summer weather in Pennsylvania is usually warm, but the state does have mountains where it is cooler. Also, someone from a place like Texas or southern Florida would probably consider Pennsylvania's summer weather to be pleasantly cool.

Central Florida's weather patterns are much like states to the north of it, in terms of times of year for each season. Florida will get cooler during its winter, between November and February.

Anti-freeze also raises the boiling point of the water and keeps the engine running cooler and unless you live in South Florida you won't have to worry when the weather get's cooler.

the weather is usually cooler near the coast because of the ocean. the ocean air is cooler than farther inland.
