If you are talking about magic mushroom, smoking it is a big waste, because you waste a lot of the psychoactive substance.
Anyway eat it is the best way, I did one trip, preparing for another trip soon.
If you want to try them, eat 2g maximum for a start of some cubensis or mexicana like I did, for my second trip, I'm going to do 4g ;)
