Studies have shown that the median height of a fall leading to death is about 49 feet (so about 4 to 5 stories). Therefore, a fall from a 17-story building will almost certainly lead to death. What happens is that, as the body falls, it accelerates due to gravity until it reaches terminal velocity, which is the balance between the acceleration of gravity and the air resistance stopping acceleration and leading to a plateau of that max velocity...which is about 120 miles per hour. When the body hits a hard surface (such as concrete), it gives very little...meaning that the body decelerates abruptly from 120 miles per hour to 0 miles per hour, creating massive g-forces. This abrupt deceleration creates extreme forces on all portions of the body. Almost all bones shatter (except those in the inner ear), and organs liquify and explode.

Nothing. If the 'weight' of a body is the gravitational force between the body and the Earth, then as long as the body stays at about the same distance from the center of the Earth, its weight is constant, and has no connection with its motion.

What is body building food all about?

Actually all food is potentially bodybuilding, or body building. That is the main purpose of food; energy or building materials for the body. What people refer to as bodybuilding foods are those that tend to have a bigger impact on how quickly that happens. Most bodybuilders would agree that the number one best is protein.
