Zinc will get dissolved due to its high reactivity and giving out hydrogen gas. But if Zinc will be dissolved in Nitric acid, it will not give out hydrogen gas.
The zinc starts to bubble because the zinc is being Oxidized.
Zn + 2HCl ==> H2 + ZnCl
It would fizz
The zinc chloride, ZnCl2 is formed.
it starts to bubble alot and the zinc becomes shinier
The acid becomes diluted.
Nothing happens. Gold will not react with sulfuric acid.
What happens??? It reacts!!!! You will see effervescence(bubbles) of hydrogen gas being liberates, and the zinc metal slowly disappearing. Here is the Balanced reaction eq'n Zn(s) + 2HCl(aq) = ZnCl2(aq) + H2(g) .
The temperature of the acid will increase
It bubbles and creates zinc chloride and hydrogen.The zinc chloride, ZnCl2 is formed.

i think that it would be displaced .... wont it?
dissolve
depending on the kind of acid and the metal, corrosion may occur
gold you tube
Any reaction occur.
The battery would lose its acid.
