This is called inbreeding and is very dangerous for the health of the puppies. Inbred puppies have much weaker immune systems and are more likely to be deformed or get diseases. Close relatives such as father and daughter or mother and son are the worst to breed as it can greatly harm the puppies health. Any responsible breeder will never inbreed, especially when there are plenty of unrelated Pit Bull's to breed with.
