Can you try asking again in something more closely resembling valid English? We have no idea what you mean by "fixed" in this sentence (I'm guessing it's meant in the sense of immobile, but that doesn't help much), and its what can still "attracted to one another"?
Also, any time you want to start a question with the words "What [happens] if", think twice to be sure this is how you want to phrase it. While it's possible for a legitimate question to start this way, it's a bad sign.
