when two charged spheres touched each other,they lose their charge as they want to gain thermal equilibrium.Every body in the universe went to their stable form so the same thing is done by charges

when a negative charge touches another object the negative charge gets transferred.

Electrical charges can't be created or destroyed. The negative charge would therefore have to be transferred to another object, or else a positive charge transferred to the object.
