When that runs out, your body self-cannibalizes, meaning that it eats itself. It will basically break down your innards, from the least important to the most. Of course, by that time, you would have been starving for possibly a month or more, with no food whatsoever. Water is something you need, and a lack of water would greatly reduce your survival time.
