I would assume, if both testies were removed, that he would be put on hormone medication

to replace what is lost by the removing of the testies. That is very tragic, I don't think there is any way to get them back, but then again, we make medical breakthroughs daily.

depends on if that someone has a penis or not. if that someone has a penis but no testicles then they are most likey a hermaphrodite; Person with both female and male sex organs

testicle is not really the same in size. But if you think that its not normal as you seen it. You should see a doctor.
