Salmonella is a bacterial infection that can makes you sick. It can cause diarrhea, fever, and abdominal cramps between 12 to 72 hours after infection. The infection can spread from the intestines to the blood stream and infect other parts of the body. Death can be a result if left untreated.
first of all you have the skin and other outer defenses to stop it getting into your body. If it pases that then the Salmonella will have to compete for space and resources with other bacteria in your stomach. If it gets past those your body will fight it off the way it does with any other infection. Your body temperature may be raised to make the environment harder to the salmonella to survive. Your body might also send white blood cells to attack the bacteria. however in some cases your body is overwhelmed by the toxins created byt he salmonella and that's where anti-toxin's and anti-biotics come in.
Numerous amounts of White blood cells attack the bacteria, by either consuming it or bursting the outer protective layer so that the fluids are released, therefore killing it.
Food poisoning will cause violent vomiting, sweating, fever, diarrhea, aches & mental distress.
Eating properly cooked food served at the appropriate temperature.
It attacks your digestive tract!!!
kills you
The salmonella doesnt cause diarrea, its what the body does to get rid of the bacteria. But its still a symptom.
Salmonella is spread through the feces of animals affected by the bacteria. Unless the bacteria from the feces of the infected animal enters your body, you cannot get Salmonella. However, you should always wash your hands after handling an amphibian of reptile for your safety.
May be bacteria.
A bacterial infection results when bacteria enters the body.
white blood cells
When an allergen enters the body, the immune system recognizes it as a threat and produces antibodies to attack it. This triggers the release of chemicals like histamine, causing allergic symptoms such as sneezing, itching, hives, or in severe cases, anaphylaxis.
Salmonella poisoning stems from individuals eating undercooked meats especially chicken. The most common symptoms that happen after consuming salmonella are diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration in the body.
it can be harmful to the lungs
certain chemical reactions do kill bacteria for example when bacteria enters the body the stomach contains High concentrations of Hydrochloric acid which destroys the bacteria preventing further damage to the body.
Yes, that's why bacterial diseases are so dangerous.
White blood cells and antibodies... (there is more than that though.)
You can get cholera and diarrhea
