anyone can stop using any drug. the question is, do they want to? if the person, does not truthfully want to stop, then nothing in this world will stop them, the **ONLY** way for someone to stop, is when and if they are ready to stop. for some people a "life changing" experience will "wake up" the abuser, for others, they will do the drug(s), until the day they die.
