Well I'm afraid once the Elite four Lock the door there is no going back. You can't heal your Pokemon or anything. You will have to go all the way and try to beat thechampion of the Elite 4 aka Cynthia. The Elite 4 consist of Aaron who uses bug type, Bertha who uses fighting type, Flint who uses fire type and Lucian who uses Psychic type. GOOD LUCK! hope this helped :)
