we get stronger ---- My Answer First of all, you get stronger because you are causing your muscles to work and they adapt by growing bigger and stronger. Secondly, your body is "burning" nutrients called calories. Some calories are unhealthy but some you need. "Burning" calories is when your body is trying to provide you with energy because you are using a lot of the energy to excersise.
You heart beats faster and some times you carnt keep up with it so you have to slow down
it gets scared cause it doesnt excercise at all so it freaks out when you start moving.
After Excercise.. 1)Excercise 2)Relaxation 3)Pranayamam
Same as what happens to anyone else that's on any other diet. It's still up to you to make sure you are eating a blanaced diet and getting the correct nutrients and keeping up with regualr excercise.
