when you are too skinny, you don't have enough energy to do many active things, if you are under weight and you really don't have energy and you are always tired- I suggest to eat more proteins and vitamins, minerals and nutrients. You shoul gain weight if you are too skinny. You could die. If you are always sick and tired, go to a doctor ASAP. hope ^ helped (:
