For each island you beat, you receive an Island Medallion and 50 Poptropica credits for the store (was formerly 100 credits). You can only play each island once for credits, although you can reset them from the small map.
The Haunted House and Dr. Hare's Secret Lab (both in the Poptropica store) also award credits. On Reality TV Island, any subsequent wins on the show are reflected on the Medallion (2-time winner, 3-time winner, and so forth). This has been extended to other islands if you reset them, beginning in 2012.
