you should probably pay the ticket and get some insurance
--or you'd get in some trouble...:(
The speeding ticket is a separate issue. If you don't have insurance you get done for driving without insurance, speeding or not.
You get a ticket.
You probably get arrested.
You can appeal a ticket surcharge that is imposed by your insurance company with your state insurance department but you will lose if you try to blame the police officer. Police officers have no responsibility to inform you of what might happen to your insurance if you get a ticket. In fact they don't care what happens to your insurance rates, if you violated a traffic law you should expect to get a ticket.
That depends upon your state laws.
You shouldn't be, they were the one cited.
You get a ticket and your insurance goes up. You can not drive without a license and if you cost the insurance company money they raise your premiums especially if you get a ticket
If I am from Florida but got a speeding ticket in CA, can I go to Traffic School to remove the points from my insurance? I plan on paying the ticket.
You will get a ticket and run the risk of losing your license if you cannot provide proof of insurance on your court date.
The ticket will only get dropped if you have proof that you HAD insurance at the time of the ticket had been issued. You may get the ticket fine lowered with proof that you now have the required insurance.
If you have no insurance you may get a ticket, but you will want a police report on the accident to claim their insurance, if they were at fault. so call the cops
You will still have to pay the tickets. I just went through this. Your licnese will get suspended and you will have to pay 375 to reinstate it and 250 for having no insurance. they will call your insurance agent and get the time you got your insurance.
