Everyone hates periods especially while your at school and if you get bad period pain try to avoid eating fatty foods and drink plently of water. it will also help if you take some pain killers, and always make sure you have some spare pads\tampons just in case of an emergency.
If you get your period in school you just deal with it whatever way that you normally would deal with it. Whether your teacher is 'mean' or not makes no difference to how you deal with your period.
cover you behind with a jacket or extra shirt. go to the bathroom and clean up as much as possibe. than go to the nurse and they'll probly have a change of clothes for you.
you should be prepared with pads somewhere at school. you could ask a friend that has already had it. or simply you could go to the nurse and call your mom.

If you happen to get your period in class ' dont freak out , just quietly walk up to your teacher and ask if you can go to the toilet or tell her you have your period
