Some people say that its hurts more to pierce through scar tissue but it doesnt bother some people. Its different for everyone.
You my friend... WILLDIE . Sry but Its true.
Absolutely. If you do it in the same spot as you had it before, you will be piercing through scar tissue. This is perfectly okay, but some people find it to be slightly more painful.
You get a hole where you didn't want one. If you pull the pin out, it'll heal soon enough. Then you can have another go at getting the piercing where you want it.
they will stand in the same spot waiting for a commandment

It means the person had a previous wound that has healed, but that they feel pain over this healed spot, and that they felt pain in an area that was nine inches long.
I have personally done this before, i got my right lip piercing re-pierced in the exact same spot and no it doesn't hurt, it feels the same as getting your first lip piercing.
A good piercer would have to look at it and tell you if it would be a good idea or not. Is it the center lip? If it's a side lip, it would be easy to put it in an ever so slightly different spot, but if it's the center lip, that would be more difficult. However, it is has healed super-well, it should be okay. When you pinch it and wiggle your fingers around, can you feel a blob of scar tissue inside there, or no? I pierced my hand webbing once and that happened (and it even kind of hurts a little, too, when I pinch it), so if it's a case like that, I'd say don't get it pierced again, but if it seems super-well healed and a piercer says it's okay, then go for it!
yes but it might hurt more because theres a bit of scar tissue there now. but as long as it wasnt pierced in the same spot more then like 3 times over then yes you can repierce it.
They are all the same length. It is not necessary to put them back in the same spot.
Assuming you mean "Can you get a professional to pierce you in a spot where you already have a scar?" the answer is yes. They will pierce over a scar, though it will be tougher to pierce and might hurt more because of scar tissue.
There is no such spot
