If your PC did not come with a partition for restoring your original files (Please visit the Microsoft website and create the CD's) If it has, Restart your PC before it starts Press F10 continuously, It will then direct you your PC System Recovery where there will be two options, But in your case, You will need to click advance, Once you have this option will start formatting your PC then restore it with the partition or the CD's.
