nothing would happen along the lines of: hair loss, hair damage, etc... however, the gel would be less effective. towel drying hair until it is dry is the best way to do it. wet hair is too heavy, and therefore wouldn't style very well. blow dries hair can be stubborn and only go in the direction you have dried it, and therefore doesn't style well. towel dried hair styles the best. its easy and light when it comes to styling. it also looks better and prevents a greasy look.
may i suggest that you use a wax instead of 'gel'. wax gives a better, more natural look, and is much more fashionable.
It gets super hard. Like its solid
Redken Color Gels should be applied to dry hair. If it's wet, it will dilute the product.
You have to put hairspay on dry hair, it doesn't work at all on wet hair.
I'd have to say that if you have damp hair it works fairly well, and you still have time to fix those little glitches before it dries and hardens.
It usually sinks, but always gets wet.
Usually wet hair, but it depends on the gel.
Get your hair wet and then towel dry it until it is just damp. Then put the gel in it and scrunch it and then put it into a messy bun using a lot of hair rubberbands on top of your head and sleep on it! very easy
Sure, just wet your hair using a sink. If you can't fit your head under the water, then just wet your hands over and over again and keep running them through your hair, and then follow it up with gel.
get garnair frutics CREAM GEL AND BRUSH UR HAIR then lean over the bath tub to get ur hair wet then put the CREAM GEL in ur hair it should work! I THINK
Make sure your hair has most of the water out of it, otherwise you probably won't get the same effect, but it works better when your hair is on the dry side.
Exactly what it says. It makes your hair look wet.
Depends on the type of gel. Look on the container to see if it says something along the lines of, "For wet or dry hair."
i would perfer you put gel in your hair when it is wet but not to wet cause then it won't stay scrunched or how ever you want it.when ever i put gel in my hair is when ever i get out of the shower but first i dry it with a towel so that it is damp and not dripping then i do what ever i wanted to do with the gel and waa laa it is just the way i wanted it oh yeah and if i am not in a hurry i blow dry it so that it will stayy you dont have to blow dryy it it is just something i do if i have enough time :) hope this helps....if so mayybe you should go look at some of my questions; and answer.:)
You can make your hair curly in just a few steps. Wash your hair regularly and condition it. You can towel dry it, by blotting your hair with the towel not rubbing- this causes split ends and can damage your hair. Then you would put some kind of frizz ease serum in your hair. Combing it throughout these first steps is okay. After the serum, put in a curly gel product or mouse. Scrunch it with your hands, also you can use the towel to scrunch it. Let it air dry.

What you want to do is put a quarter size amount of curling gel in your hand and scrunch it into your hair while it's wet. Dry it and sleep on it and in the morning it's curly. Also add mousse to your wet hair for volume.
