That is a myth. With practice, both genders can shake their hips equally as fast. I personally think that if I were male, I would not want to shake my hips fast because my junk would swinging around...which might be a little uncomfortable.

To shake your butt, start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Tighten your core muscles and move your hips from side to side in a quick motion while slightly bending your knees. You can also try bending forward slightly and moving your hips up and down for a different effect. Practice in front of a mirror to refine your technique.
