This will depend on the angle of incidence. If the light source is perpendicular to the edge of the the block then it will pass through with no change in direction. However if the light source is not perpendicular then the light will alter in direction slightly due to the change in speed of the light waves (light travels slower through the block than the air). When leaving the block the light will resume its original trajectory but slightly offset (parallel to the original beam).
A cuboid may or may not be transparent to light. In the latter case, light will not travel through the cuboid.The path of a light beam through a transparent cuboid depends on the angle at which the beam is incident on the surface of the cuboid as well as on the optical properties (uniform refractivity or not) of the material of the cuboid.
Light speed slows down in the glass.
The light will bend into an angle because of the shape of the glass and the location from which the light is coming from.
Light does not pass through a glass of milk. The glass is transparent, so the light will be refracted a bit when entering the glass, and again while leaving the glass, but milk itself is opaque. Light would be absorbed in the milk, and converted into heat.

Some of the light is reflected, some is absorbed by the glass, and the rest makes it all the way through and comes out of the other side. Since the glass is "frosted" or"ground", the light is scattered (bounces around) inside the glass, and doesn't follow a straight path. Although the light intensity and illumination survive the trip through it, images don't.

The light refracts due to the change in speed. The change in speed occurs because the light is travelling through a denser medium. So it will travel fastest through the air and slowest through the glass
No light will be produced.
When light hits glass: -- some of it bounces off the glass surface and goes back away from the glass (reflection) -- some of it is absorbed into the glass and never heard from again (absorption) -- some of it goes through the glass and comes out the other side (transmission).
