- Blood vessels close to the surface of the skin widen (vasodilation). This allows more blood to flow near the surface, so it can radiate more heat into the surroundings.
- You can take off layers of clothing to help you cool down
If you're exposed to high temperatures you can get dehydrated and you could get heat stroke. This can kill you.

∙ 12y ago•It does not effect the brain in anyway, the brain tells you what to do. Sometimes your brain shuts down, because it is to hot and cannot be bothered to work, and that's what makes you be so tired.
