When you come down you will need to rest, and then when you wake up you should be ok, or maybe you'll be feeling a bit mixed up. Then maybe two days later you will feel the 'down' of the ecstasy. It happens because your brain had stopped producing serotonin, which is the feel-good hormone is some ways. You need to take care of yourself to help your brain replenish it's serotonin levels, eat healthy food and get enough sleep. The down is not so bad if you know what to do. ∙ 14y agoYou will throw it up. MDMA upsets your stomach easily. If you're coming up too hard, your body will reject it and you will have to puke. I have rolled well over 100 times in my life and a few times i had to almost throw up the pill. It's just because it can be intense sometimes. MDMA is not as serious as you think it is, its a 1/10,000 chance that you can have a truly dirty pill containing "PMA" that could be fatal.
