yeah they can good ol graham bell experimented with kites for flight and they worked(a worker was pulled to the air to 40 feet) and there was a gigantic kite. It did suceed but it was destoryed in testing.
taco bell
it depends on what design your kite is
how do u design a kite project i need some ideas so send messagif you guys get any ideas i need one asap.
Yes. The pointeir the tail, the more streamlined the kite. Therefore the faster and higher the height travels'
Weight and area exposed to the wind are key factors in kite design. The greater the effective area facing the wind and the lighter the kite, the less wind you need to get the kite off the ground.
Three factors affecting how a kite flies are wind speed (a minimum speed is required for lift), the angle of the kite in relation to the wind (known as the angle of attack), and the design of the kite (including its shape, weight, and balance).
So that it can fly better the tail helps the kite balance better as well
Make a poem about the chiness emigration on a piece of paper and tape to the end of the kite. This would bring good luck. Also have a very long string so the kite can reach his home in the clouds.
The kite runner is a person, not a part of a kite. A kite race would be held in which there were teams of two, usually young boys. One would cut down the other kites. When a kite was cut, their partner, the kite runner would run to be the first to retrieve the kite.
The simplest design is a square of paper braced with a cross shaped light weight piece of wood. A stabilising tail goes onto the lowest corner. A short piece of string goes between the two diagonal corners so a long string can be attached to the kite from the ground. You will know, on a windy day, if you have built the kite the best way as the kite will want to fly for as long as the wind blows.
