"i am hoeny
It stopped slavery."
Try again. The south had already outlawed the importation of slaves with its Articals of Confederation. Also just so that everyone knows the Emancipation Proclomation was total bulls**t. Pull it out and read it and you will know that it only freed slaves in areas of the Confederacy not controlled by the North; it was nothing more than Propaganda. Now why don't we talk about the fact that Robert E Lee had never owed a slave and your great Abe Lincoln married a woman who owed slaves. Or about how your great Abe Lincoln wanted to put all the slaves on ships and send them back to Africa or the East Indies. Now why don't you do a little research for yourself and stop listing to what is spoon fed to you by the media and/or accepted history.
What changed after the Civil War? States we forced to secede their power to the Federal government. It's why we now have a nanny state.

The National Civil War Wax Museum was opened April 19, 1962. In 2004 its name was changed to The American Civil War Museum.
Well laws where changed by the power of the King, and Parliament. Which had a Civil War with the Kings forces being defeated. So the kings powers were limited and the country turned into a constitutional monarchy.
Means the same thing. Officially the American Civil War was not a war according to those that believe only "a declared war" is a real war. Since the US Civil War was not a "declared war", its officially designated as the "War of the Rebellion" and/or "the war between the states." By this definition, no wars have been fought since WWII; America's last declared war. And don't forget, the US Civil War wasn't a war either! (According to those "not a declared war" people). To answer your question, the Vietnam War has always been called both, even during the 1960s.
