The latest episode of Grey's Anatomy was the finale of season 7.
On this episode, Alex and Meredith are trying to deal with her actions. Meredith is trying to deal with the fact she could lose her job over tampering with the Alzheimer trials. Alex on the other hand is dealing with the fact he lost Chief Resident for telling Dr. Hunt about Meredith's tampering. Also Teddy has to decide if she wants to leave with her boyfriend, or stay with the husband she married for insurance. Christina learns shes pregnant, and quickly decides that she wants an abortion. Tell Owen about this makes him go balistic, and in the end he kicks her out of the house.
Derek is very upset about Meredith's actions, and says he does not want to raise a baby with someone who doesn't know right from wrong. Derek stops answering Meredith's calls, and Meredith is stuck with the Baby they adopted together, alone in the house.
Mark finally gives up on Lexie and gives her up to Jackson, and as they leave on the episode, their relationship is growing, and evolving.
