No you can not catch dido in Pokemon sapphire but you can in almost all the other Pokemon games so all you have to do is trade dido over from one of the other games. Good luck
Dido was abandoned by Aeneas, as Mercury told Aeneas that he must travel to Italy and leave Dido, as Mercury reminds Aeneas that Dido is not part of his fate. Dido proceeds to kill herself out of sorrow by stabbing herself with an "ensis" (sword).
Dido sings it. Actually there are two versions. First one is only Dido and the name of the song is "not so bad". The second one is Dido feat. Eminem and it's called "Stan"
Yes, but Dido refuses to talk to him. While this is true it is over simplified. Aeneas tells Dido that he is sorry and that he really didn't want to leave her but fate made him. Many times he refers to her as unhappy Dido. To which Dido replies that she does not want to speak with him and retreats to the arms of her husband, whom she was reconciled with in the Underworld. So to say she refuses to speak to him is not very good wording since she tells him she will not speak to him, perhaps she should have added further.
Dido is the nearest thing to a lovestory in the Aeneid. Aeneas has sex with Dido (who is a widow when the story opens), but when he has a dream telling him he needs to continue in his quest to found Rome - he walks out on her. Dido commits suicide. People like lovestories, so people like the story of Dido and Aeneas. Women like it because it is a typical exampe of the 'all men are rats' genre. Men like it because it shows that even if you are a rat, there are still women who will die for you.

Aeneas tells Dido that Jupiter commands him to go, so he must. He also tells her that he never in any entered into a marriage with her, nor ever showed that he wanted such a thing.
