Watoto Child Care Ministry was started in 1994 by Pastor Gary Skinner to take care of orphaned and parentless children. The Watoto ministry based in Kampala Uganda has helped many disadvantaged children in Uganda have their lives restored and experiencing the fullness of life. Praise the Lord. Amen.
