Yes, the Sacraments DO have Power from God. It is in Baptism we become Born Again in Christ; He is Literally Present in the Blessed Sacrament, & He Forgives us in Confession; We receive His Holy Spirit at Confirmation. He Gives Comfort to the Dying at the Anointing of the Sick.
