To become a pilot you need to have maths and physics or you can take what you most enjoy in school but maths and physics are prefered better.

There is a large list of different airline careers. You could become pilot or co-pilot, but this requires extensive training. You could become part of the maintenance crew, or the security, or become air-hostess.
Yes a person can be an airline pilot and also have lupus. Depending on the severity of the lupus, the demands of a pilot's job might become overwhelming. Lupus affects each person differently.
