For one, it's spelt "Librarian" To become a Librarian you need to go to University. Or College, if you're in America. If you're a teenager, sometimes local libraries hire as an after school job, stacking shelves and what not. So, you should ask around and see what they say.
There are no particular "number of courses" it takes to become an Ob/Gyn, but it takes a minimum of 12 years after high school.
At a private library the librarian is employed by the library. The librarian at a school is employed by the school.
What courses do you take in universities to become a pediatrician?
