You should definatley take English ( higher than English communications ) Maths ( Maths B preferably ) and Science if you want to be a lawyer. And then History, Geography and possibly another science like Chemistry or Physics. Economics and Legal Studies are a must. And definatley do something like debate team. For University, you'd be looking at a law degree. good luck!

In the long run, high school really doesn't help with anything except getting you into a good college. A good high school career generally guarantees a chance at a good school. What you should worry about is college. You can do pretty much anything in college before going to law school. There are certain majors that will help you. Some of these are: political science, English, sociology, psychology, pre-law, and philosophy.

The classes taken in high school to not matter. The classes you take in college really don't matter that much either. You just need to get into law school where you get your legal education.

The courses you take in high school don't really matter much when studying to become a pediatrician. It takes an additional 11 years of schooling after the completion of high school to become a pediatrician so you will have plenty of time to take required courses then. In high school you should focus on courses you like and that you can get good grades in. A good GPA will help you to get into a better college, which may make it easier to become a doctor.
