The force that holds us down to the Earth is called gravity.
-- keeps the earth in orbit around the sun -- keeps the moon in orbit around the earth -- keeps you in bed at night -- holds stones down on the ground so they don't go floating around -- brings rain down from the clouds to the ground where the plants are -- holds ladies' skirts down -- holds your food down on the plate -- keeps your coffee in the cup -- helps the dishwater go down the drain -- holds the air down on the earth so we can breathe
It holds you down instead of flying everywhere
It is the Earth's gravity that keeps our feet firmly on the ground.
Well, for one thing, at every place you've ever been in your life, or are ever likely to be, "down" is always the direction toward the center of the Earth. When you think of it that way, it would be pretty weird to expect the Earth to fall toward the center of the Earth, wouldn't you say ?
gravity holds you down. The earth has a magnetic force, and the gravity pulls anything in the fireld to earth
every particle of whatever wants to fall down to the earth the more particles the object has the more it wants to fall basicly because it has more mass.
The question is confusing. It is asking why was God sent to earth?. This means that God was sent by someone. It is not logic that anyone has a will and capacity over God to send Him to earth. The other point, God is every where every time on earth or any where else. God is the All-Knowing by every thing in the universe and beyond it. So, God doesn't need to come down to earth to see what is going there.
What holds coils of what down to what?
