Taking hormones can be risky in and of itself. I suggest seeing your doctor to see if you can get prescribed on some sort of hormone therapy, involving estrogen and possibly a testosterone blocker depending on your circumstances. You need to get blood tested to see what your current levels are at and go from there to decide which is best for you. You could, however, take some sort of herbal supplement, but I havent heard that there were many great results from that. If any, there was some very minor progress. I hope that helps :)
