the types of horses that does not "need" to trot is a palomino, Tennessee walking horses, standardbreds, American saddlebreds, rocky mountain horses, and many more of the "gaited" types of horses.
aka gaited is racking and pacing horses
i would kno these things because i have gaited horses.
